Job Description

  • Tổng hợp lấy dữ liệu từ các phòng ban liên quan nhằm cung cấp báo cáo hiệu suất làm việc của nhân viên cũng như tài khoản mới qua các tháng của mỗi đối tác.
  • Hỗ trợ phân bổ chỉ tiêu tháng cho từng tài khoản ở mỗi kênh
  • Tổng hợp và kiểm tra danh sách phân tuyến (nhân sự) nội bộ và đối tác
  • Hỗ trợ xây dựng và báo cáo cho các dự án theo từng thời kỳ của nội bộ và đối tác.
  • Hỗ trợ xây dựng database nội bộ.

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học, chuyên ngành toán, thống kê, kinh tế hoặc liên quan.
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí liên quan trong lĩnh vực tài chính ngân hàng. 
  • Kỹ năng phân tích và tư duy.
  • Kỹ năng đọc báo cáo. 
  • Thành thạo công cụ Excel, Power BI, có kiến thức cơ bản về SQL là một lợi thế.
