Job Description

  • Cooperate with relevant departments to issuing policies, regulations, processes on debt management and maintaining them according to SBV regulations and collection strategies 
  • Build bonus scheme for individuals of Collections Center and propose to competent authority for approval.
  • Work with third party vendors or others to build service fee scheme for collections vendors and propose to competent authority for approval.
  • Responsible for reports on debt management and settlement as required by SBV, the authorities.
  • Ensure operating in accordance with the approved regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree, major in Banking and Finance, Economics, Law is preferable.
  • 2 years of experience in relevant functions.
  • Fluent in both verball & written English and Vietnamese business.
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to handle multi-tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with SQL/PL or data query technical is a plus
