Lead generation channel and campaigns management:
- Design, standardize and manage campaign management end-to-end process as single framework for Telco lead generation campaigns and programs.
- Design channel/ campaign set up aligned with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Provides channel/ campaign roll-out plan.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on preparation including Product, Marketing, Risk, Sales and IT etc. at preparation stage.
- Assess, define and manage targets for each lead generation stream or campaign.
- Provides close collaboration with communication channels in terms of capacity planning, communication strategy and contact policies.
Partnership management:
- Ensure timely communication with external Telco LG partners about partnerships and campaign operations, dealer billing process, KPI and commitments control.
- Prepare and amend new and existing contract documents and appendixes with tracking changes.
- Participate and coordinate partner pricing negotiations, volume commitments aligning with Company strategy and objectives.
- Monitor and escalate any issues related to partnership process, payments contract terms if any to upper management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science.
- At least 3+ years in one of the next industries:
+ Product or Process Development Specialist in major banking/ insurance institution.
+ Marketing communication /X-sell Specialist in big Telecommunication company / Banking / E-commerce.
- Practical experience in Communication Channel Management OR/AND Project Management.
- Work experience with applications and systems (SAS, Pega, Oracle Siebel or related) will be a plus.
- Proven skills in development and launching of new products and services.
- Strong proven computer skills MS Office, SQL (basic) will be a plus
- Ability for fast education and self-development
- Project & process management skill and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
