Operation Manager - Risk Division

OBJECTIVES

Consult, implement and monitor Change Request from Info Enrichment Data Partner Team, Facial Check e-KYC team and stakeholders

COMMUNICATION

- Internal (within VPB FC): To work with BUs of Risk Management Division, IT Division and other  stakholders on Change Request related to Data Enrichment

- External (outside VPB FC): To work with Data Enrichment Partner on technical issue, system integration and news updating.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- To receive, consult, and fulfill the Change Request from BUs

- To work with Data Enrichment Partners, IT Division and other stakeholders related to Change Request

- To conduct UAT, monitor changes after go live of Data Enrichment services on LOS, DE and other systems

- To store document, information related to change request precisely and carefully.

- Simplify, centralize, and optimize the usage of Data Enrichment services of systems and other stakeholders.

- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

- University degree in finance, economic, mathematics, statistics or its equivalent.

- At least having 3 years of experience working in IT Division of Retail Banks or Financial Institutions

- At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis

- Require ability to use SQL fluently

- Require knowledge about credit information database and financial banking field

- Good at communication

- Good at English
