Job Description

OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for providing ongoing secretarial and administrative support to Division Director in an organized and efficient manner to ensure efficient and smooth run of business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain business and personal calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, attend meetings and travel arrangements
  • In charge of registration and clearance of expenses
  • Prepare presentations and other documents, including the translation of documents and interpretation in meetings
  • Organize and prepare presentation materials for conferences, meetings and company events, acting as secretariat and liaison-in-charge
  • In charge of following and support issues relating to residential cards, visas, work permits
  • Support issues relating to house rental, car rental, and children’s school fee, medical health care and health insurance claims, etc. for Division Director
  • Manage Director’ office in his/her absence, assist Division Director in daily activities making sure that the work flows smoothly
  • Schedule and confirm Division Director’s appointments, follow & remind all related works that distributed to all departments
  • Other tasks assigned by Division Director.

Job Requirement

  • University Graduate, major: Business Administration or relevant area
  • At least 02 years’ experience in secretary/ assistant positions
  • Understanding of office admin tasks and personal-related tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Language requirements: Vietnamese – native, English – fluent – spoken and written
  • Interpersonal & communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Time flexibility and adaptability
  • Organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player and independent worker with a can-do attitude
  • To practice company values for continuous improvement
  • To demonstrate brand values in everyday life at work
