Job Description

  • Develop relevant product propositions that meet the needs of consumers and sales force of multiple distribution channels and ensure the competitiveness FE Credit's insurance products propositions in the market
  • Take the lead in the product negotiating/dealing/designing with Partners and selection providers process. 
  • Develop products' materials, organize product workshops regularly to address product related questions from sales force and enhance their product knowledge
  • Develop and execute plans for strategic growth and project management
  • Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by Bancassurance Business Center Director.

Job Requirement

  • University degree and above, preferably in Business Management, Economy, Finance, Banking
  • At least 03 years’ experiences in same position, preferably working experience in Insurance 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  Fluency in both Vietnamese & English
  • Expert in handling the whole sales process, negotiating, closing deals, and strongly motivated to create values to - customers.
  • Excellent sense of prioritization and time management
  • Well-organized, careful, self-driven, dynamic and creative
  • Ability to work under high pressure, resolve problems skills and adapt to the new environment.
