Plan, oversee and be responsible about the quality of all writing material we create for business purposes to increase target consumer awareness of the Brand, as well as increase market share through customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation; about the implementation of internal communications to ensure employees understand clearly & properly the essence & value of FEC Brand.
- Involve in developing and execute a rolling 12 month product & service communications in line with core marketing and business plans to drive traffic, profitable sales, and engage the target customer with the brand.
- Develop strategies, ideas and content for intergrated communications campaigns. Planning to produce, edit and manage brand communication content for the company such as articles, speeches, speeches, open letters,.... of the company on channels. Be responsible in producing content, messages related to products & services & their quality to get the best Marketing results, to ensure product & services consistency across media platforms, including:
+ Develop customer, partner, investor & employee stories
+ Develop contents related to company activities such as digitalization programs, debt-rescheduling programs for customers, etc.

- Work closely with Communications Department to ensure all information on products & services in the News that is identical and does not pose a risk to the Brand
- Continuously testing and writing unique, attrative and viral content for blogs, videos, infographics, vlogs, live streams… to build a community around the company's products and services.
- Develop, implement and update a Strategic Communications, Strategy and Action Plan which must include:
+ Overall strategic approach to communications
+ Social media approach and protocols
+ Branding and marking guidance for all multi-media products
- Building and organizing the implementation of relevant communication programs and activities, developing the Company's relationship with community groups, voluntary organizations, and potential agencies to connect resources, mobilizing finance to accompany the development of CSR activities of FEC.
- Create ideas, propose, and organize programs, sponsorships, events, awards in nationwide and abroad to increase the appearance of company brand image and products to the public.
- Recruit, manage and train all employees of the team
- Undertake other tasks assigned by upper managers.
