Senior Data Analysis & Reporting Specialist

Reporting and Analytics

• Update & follow up business performance of whitelabel channels daily
• Responsible for providing advance sale performance & analysis reports, P&L reports, and others as requested under the scope of Whitelabel partners/channels
• Coordinating with internal departments as well as Finance division to build the sales plan & budget yearly
• Monitoring & supervising actual monthly expenses upon planning by partners/channels to ensure all expenses items are recorded correctly & appropriately

Daily BAU Responsibilities

• Identify and propose solutions to solve day-to-day business and project issues
• Escalate the issue to higher level to make sure problem quickly solved
• Proactively proposed practical solution to fix the issues
• Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required

• Bachelor Degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics or relavant
• From 2-3 years of working experience in financial analysis & reporting area (refer finance & banking, insurance, ecommerce, fintech...)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including fluent in English and Vietnamese)
• Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel)
• Good analytic skill
• Ability to work under high pressure
