Senior Insights & Complex Reporting Specialist

OBJECTIVE

Senior Insights & Complex Reporting Specialist - Risk, Operations & People will combine the facts, data and/or analysis of data that induces meaning and furthers understanding of a complex situation or complicated issues that has the potential of benefiting the business or re-directing the thinking about that situation or issue which then, in turn, has the potential of benefiting the business.

COMMUNICATION

Internal (within VPB FC)

IT, Data Management Department, Risk, Operations, HR and other related business units in VPB FC : Coordinate with related business units to ensure the department’s work run smoothly

External (outside VPB FC)

Vendors/ outstaff: Coordinate and work with vendors who in contracts with VPB FC/ outstaff in term of reporting systems/ reporting solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with different business users to understand their requirements to translate business problems into analytics problems & conduct analysis based on business context
- Work on structured analysis and prepare ODS per needs across decision management dimensions: Risk, Operations & People
- Provide seamless support to BICC Departments to understand complex business functions
- Give support and inputs to BICC teams on FE Credit product lines – Credit Card, Personal Loan, Two Wheeler Loan. Consumer Durable Loan, Cross Sell-Top Up etc.
- Support Campaign Reporting and Analytics Department in designing of campaign and analyzing the functional impact of the campaign execution 
- Develop good visualization to communicate business insights from analysis and make actionable recommendations
- Help deploy analytics solutions and enable tracking of business outcomes 
- Develop and track return on investment (ROI) on specific business use cases
- Provide support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ad-hoc analysis (when required)
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Team Leader 

- University Graduate, major: Computer Science, IT, Finance or Business Management

- 3-5 years’ experience working in complex Data Analytics projects, preferably working in Financial Services sector

- At least 1+ year Banking experience in working as Business Analyst

- Good experience with database and ETL technologies, R, Python

- Good understanding on PL-SQL & UNIX scripting

- Good in translating business cases to technical

- Good business communication skills
