Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate with the card acceptance partners and merchants to increase card acceptant and card usage volume.
  • Implement merchant level offers for FE Credit Customers and Drive usage programs including discounts, special offers.
  • Regularly explore alliances & partnerships to launch best in class card acceptance methods in line with internal and local regulations.
  • Explore alliances and create partnerships with merchants and e-commerce sites for augmenting not only card usage but also to create new acquisition channels for cards.
  • Accountable for developing knowledge of payment process, procedures and technologies.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, International
  • A minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial industry with a strong background in cards and payment industry.
  • Prior experience in managing usage for card portfolio and partnerships is very highly desirable (prefer Ewallet, Fintech, Ecommerce...)
  • Good knowledge of payments and cards business, have a very good understanding of card business financials, should have experience in working with cross functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, good communication, highly skilled in relationship management.
