OBJECTIVES
Intiate, implement and coordinate Credit Assessment & Early Credit Recovery projects to ensure the projects are delivered on time, in budget and within quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate project proposal, making detailed project description, financial planning and project implementation plan.
- Analyze financial impact to estimate project budget.
- Provide performance feedback and support Top Managers in goal settings for the whole team
- Proactively engage with Top Managers to identify opportunities operational business improvements
- Scope and shape the requirements across Center on basis of working closely with business units.
- Review vendor’s evaluation capability in terms of functionality and business users.
- Manage the administration for projects submissions and necessary approval according to FE proposal process management.
- Allocate internal resources based on projects priority.
- Monitor project progress within agreed scope and timeline. Report status to authorized managing level
- Manage implementation activities including testing, manual composing and training on new system.
- Post-project review and BAU transfer.
- Ensure standardized and relevant documents relating to projects recorded appropriately in internal and external audit standards.
- Projects status and progress reports.
- Join in Technology workshop, update new technology to apply in daily processes.
- Other duties assigned by line manager/ upper manager.
- University Graduate and above, major: Business Administration, Banking, Finance, IT
- Recognized formal project management qualification is preferable. (PMP, BPMN…)
3 years’ experience in project management in consumer finance
- Business analysis.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Numerical and data assessment.
- Understanding of Fintech and big data.
- Open-minded and can-do attitudes
- Cross functional relationship building and influence individuals not directly under their control.
- Can work under stress and pressure environment.
- Proficiency in verbal and writing in Vietnamese and English.
- Presentation, Excel VBA (if any)
