Job Description

  • Design world class debit card payment, mobile payment, account-to-account, and related payment value propositions for Übank customers
  • Drive implementation and operationalize Übank’s payment value proposition. Set up performance targets based on the business plan, and market benchmarks.
  • Set up effective monitoring tools to control payment products performance in terms of volume, penetration, and usability. Ensure monitoring is practiced on the regular basis and deviations or growth opportunities are communicated to the relevant teams for action
  • Regular review compliance status of Übank payment proposition, and take corrective actions if needed, in cooperation with Legal & Compliance teams of FE Credit and VPBanks.
  • Work with Activation and usage teams to work out merchant level offers for Übank Customers. Regularly interact with eCommerce websites and other digital vendors to create propositions for payment programs for Übank customers.

Job Requirement

  • University Graduate with at least 3-5 years of solid experience and achievements in the Online Payments, Digital wallets, Acquiring Business 
  • Strong understanding of the payment operations
  • Underlying financial drivers
  • Understanding of the online payments domain including payment gateways and ecommerce acquiring
