Telesales System Management Specialist

OBJECTIVE

- Ensure operation system and process of Telesales campaign smoothly and efficiency
- Follow, support and corporate in enhancement, accomplishment Telesales system as directive from Senior Managers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate, support for reallocation Potential leads of FE Credit to TSA

- Work with IT Division in system preparation for new Telesales campaign of FE Credit ( UAT, Production…)

- Create all kind of user, code for Sale teams. Prepare list of TSA and send to BICC to allocate leads monthly

- Announce, implement, inform to Sale team for any changes in system. Be contact point between IT and Telesales Division 

- Undertake other task assigned by Manager of Upper Manager

REQUIREMENTS

- University graduate, major Finance – Banking or IT

- Good communication skills

- Organization skills

-Time management skills

- Accurate and meticulous

- Ability to work under high pressure

- Proficiency in MS office. Good at SQL would be an advantatges

- Fluency in English (writing/ reading)
