Job Description

  • Responsible for researching and identifying the characteristics of the corporate segment to build an appropriate sales plan to optimize efficiency to achieve the assigned business target of the Department.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties in company to develop and implement sales plans, projects of UB Corporate Relationship Department to the sales channel
  • Research and understand the customers of the segment
  • Research and understand the customers of the segment, as well as the sub-segments to come up with measures and plans to get more customers and promote the products more effectively, focus on the target customers to get the highest results.
  • Collects insights from customers (behaviors, trends, issues, comments on product, etc.) and marketplace via market knowledge and business situation, feedback from sales channel.
  • Coordinate with product and marketing teams to define product roadmap according to customer expectations and feedback.
  • Research market and customers in the segment, effectively define an implementation plan with the product and marketing teams to partner with clients from corporate participating in the current products and others product in the future.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree, major: Business Administration, Economics or relevant areas

Experience

  • At least 05 years’ experience working in relevant position, working in banking, commercial credit, insurance…. is a must
  • Strong knowledge of industry

Skills

  • Strong organization
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Fluent in English 
  • Ability to understand market trends, financial data, and voice of customer.
