Unit Head of Corporate Relationship Development (Übank)

OBJECTIVES: Responsible for management and development of UBank (UB) Corporate Relationship Development Unit; establishing and organizing sales teams to implement and monitor the activities of sales teams, report about the implementation status to manager to achieve sales target and comply with company regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, lead and develop team members to achieve personal and Unit targets.
• Responsible for general operations, personal and Unit sales target.
• Communicate, guide and support for team members to understand clearly policies, operating mechanisms, regulations on standards and products that are assigned to deploy
• Coordinate with the analysis unit to evaluate the efficiency and productivity of the Unit and propose innovative solutions to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager

​REQUIREMENTS:

• University's Degree, major: Business Administration, Marketing or relevant areas
• At least 04 years' experiences working in banking or financial institution as sales & at least 1 years of which playing the role of team leader.
• Experience of sales in the region
•  Fluent in Vietnamese & English
• Selling Skills,Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills
