Unit Head of Digital Bank Deposit & Card Products

Lead all products definition and strategy. Supervise creation of economics / specifications and ensure successful delivery through team and other Ubank peers.

Product Management

• Supervise, guide and monitor reporting managers to achieve their KRAs across all aspects in Product Management including:
• Superior ideation and definition of product features and functionalities and management of the implementation processes
• Monitoring Products key revenue and cost metrics
• Ensuring the delivery of new products or services are of appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the agreed plan
• Products implemented go through rigorous testing and certification across all known and potential use cases.
• Making sure ‘commerce / payments’ elements of the products are innovative, universal yet trustworthy
• Ensuring user experience is top class. Implement independent assessment processes.

Reporting: Key metrics across all KRAs at regular intervals to program office

Vendor Management: To assist managers in negotiations

People management & development, including team engagement & motivation; appraising performance; succession planning.

Manage the day-to-day business operations of the entire business

Other tasks assigned by upper management

• Bachelor degree holder, preferably in business areas.
• BFSI, Big4, Telecom, Start-up, Fintech background
• 3+ years in similar roles (as team member / lead) preferably across multiple consumer service industries of which 1-2 years as Head of products or lending products management for a large, preferably multi-national, entity. Must have keen interest & focus in User / Consumers being the key business drivers.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience in Project and Program management
• Understanding of key business metrics to drive Mobile Payment/Banking business
• Have been involved in leading large-scale programs related to Banking application deployment
• Good written and verbal communication skills and Stakeholder management ability
• Ability to speak in both business and technical language
• Ability to analyze and understand impact on existing applications and systems from any new business requirements and deliver the same
• English (Vietnamese will be an added advantage)
