MỤC TIÊU / OBJECTIVES
Responsible for devising and planning as well as implementing of strategies and optimization projects to increase revenue for the Banca sales department.
TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, conduct and develop the sales strategies/ optimization projects to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Prepare proposals based on the agreed plan and implement once approvals are in place.
Design and implement effective contests, ad hoc, promotion campaigns for motivating sales staffs. Monitor effectively sales incentives, bonus schemes for sales units, teams and individual performers to maximize sales productivity and operational efficiency.
Co-ordinate, track and monitor sales action plans, on-going activities and performances. Conduct market research, competitors and customers analysis and plan to optimize cost and enhance revenue…
Analyse data to identify sales opportunities, develop and monitor all relevant sales parameters. Generate timely analysis reports. Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
University degree and above, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Economy, Banking
1-2 years’ experiences in similar scope of work, preferably working experience in product management, project management, business strategy, sales effectiveness, analytics experience in banking, consumer finance, insurance, eCommerce …
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, expert skills comfortable developing insightful models and quantitative analysis.
SQL is a plus (basic level, if not, training will be provided when joining)
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and drive efforts across various stakeholders and be able to handle multiple tasks independently with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Clear communications skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in both Vietnamese & English
Strong logic and critical thinking.
