Senior IT Business Analyst - CRM

As CRM IT Business Analyst (BA), you are part of the ITCRM team and your main duty is to gather business requirements from internal FeCredit business users. You work with Project Manager, other IT teams and vendor to design and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements. 

• Understanding well the existing business functionalities on CRM system, to consult business at early requirement step
• Expliciting requirement and critically analyzing from business users, fully aligned with all stakeholders
• Understanding integration points to other for non-CRM systems
• Work with vendor, internal IT teams, PM, product company to deliver end to end business requirement
• Join to support Level 2 for production issues

• University degree, preferably in top IT universities
• 4 years of experience in banking/financial/insurancel company
• 4 years of experience in System Development and Business Analysis
• 1 year of experience in CRM system would be advantage

Technical skills:

• Overall knowledge of CRM system
• BA overall skills (gather requirement, create technical documents)
• Exp. to work with some popular databases (MySQL/Oracle/MSSQL) include querying data, writing functions/store procedures, etc.
• Exp. to propose/design the solution/system architecture would be advantage
• Exp. to enhance/configure system on SAAS (Software-As-A-Service)  would be advantage
• Exp. to SOA principal system integrations, exposure to Web Services (SOAP/REST) would be advantage

General skills:

• Strong logical thinking, critical thinking, negotiation skill
• Strong communication skills for both Vietnamese and English languages
• Willing to learn new things and take the ownership of some specific domains
