Implement the governance, policies and risk management functions across teams within IT Division to ensure those appropriate policies and controls are in place for effective service delivery & compliance as well as monitor, cooperate and execute any required enhancements/control related to improve performance, reduce issues and mitigate risks (if any) for whole IT.
Assist the team leader in establishment, review, development, awareness and observation of policies, procedures, practices in relations to governance and planning functions for whole IT.
Execute governance frameworks, International/Internal standards/practices and monitor closely to ensure its effective implementation which help enhance IT functions.
Work closely with the cross-functional IT departments to develop and coordinate a compliance schedule tailored to the applicable regulations and standards.
Conduct analysis and improvement of IT policies, procedures, practices.
Communicate the governance activities/policies within IT Division and keep them informed that these activities/policies will affect IT services/deliverables.
